Calligraphy with brush and ink is considered the mother of all arts in China, Korea and Japan and is still highly regarded today. Five different writing styles, paper, ink and the artistic expression of the calligrapher allow for an almost immeasurable variety. The red signature stamps are also considered independent works of calligraphy.
